How to work with me

You can engage with me in two ways. I work remotely but can travel as needed and am open to hybrid engagements in the Washington, DC metro area.

Retainer

  • Reserve my time for a certain number of hours per month.
  • This works best for Operations & Coaching support where I provide ongoing tool administration, process optimization, training, and individual/team coaching.
  • Cost depends on monthly hours and duration of agreement.

Project-Based

  • Allocate a certain number of hours over a set period of time to work on a discrete project.
  • A project can be compact, such as leading a Tool Evaluation & Selection effort, or expansive, such as leading a full transformation effort from Work Practice Analysis through initial phase Transformation Project completion.
  • Cost depends on project scope.
